Our pasta is distinctive and rather thick, made from durum wheat semolina and fresh pasteurized eggs.
We use artisanal bronze to produce our pasta and no preservatives are added neither in our pasta, nor in our fillings.
Marina’s family in Italy also produces the original Parmigiano Reggiano, a precious product born and totally made with care by themselves.
The family also produces Prosciutto and salami di Parma, but not only. They also make compotes, jams, jellies and sauces.
All traditionally and lovingly produced.
